Lol focalor.  I like heineken but I've got a craving for hops nowadays.  I don't know what you meant by "high alcohol crap" or "psycho college kid", but I actually kind of like the faintest bit of alcohol on the aftertaste as long as it's with a good hops flavor, and honestly I'm drinking for a buzz.  Obviously I like the taste too but I'd just as soon have a nice glass if ice water at the end of the day if it made me relax and helped me sleep.

Well... obviously that's not true. No one brand of beer turns you into anything other than drunk, and it's the drunk part that leads to run-ins with the poe-poe.

Also, PBR ain't really a white trash beer anymore. It's kinda been hijacked by the hipsters these days.

I am going to try some Pabst this weekend I think, along with some Dogfish Head 90-minute IPA and some other choice brews my palate has been lacking.

PBR sucks by the way. Tastes just like any other Miller product. It's beer to the extent that it tastes kinda like a beer and looks like a beer and will get you drunk like a beer if you drink 20 or so, but nothing more.

ex, good stuff with the 90 minute.  like almost all dogfish beers the body could be smoother imo, but the taste is def. good.  If you ever have the chance to hit up one of their breweries, hellhound is a great citrusy ipa.  I want to try squal also, has 5 different types of hops.

so far today, oil can of foster's, 2 red stripe, whiskey drink (seagrams 7), now drinking some yards IPA from philly.  hoppy but beers like two hearted ale, racer 5, and west coast ipa have really spoiled me.  With that said, I think i'm going to start drinking cheaper beer that i can tolerate and just treat myself to my favorites every now and then.

Who knows. It used to taste like shit, and it still tastes like shit, so I guess its the same "blend".  They used to use that in their advertising campaigns from the 50's and 60's I think, how it was a special blend of 30-something different premium beers. Fucking stupid people back then didn't know any better. It's BEER, not SCOTCH. You don't fucking blend beer unless its two different types of beer like how you'd make a black and tan. Well... you don't blend beer unless the main brew you're concocting tastes so shitty that you have to drown out the horrible flavor with something decent that someone else made.

If you aren't some beer snob douchebag who refuses to drink anything that isn't microbrew, then yeah, it's drinkable. It's isn't "good". Tastes just like regular MGD or Old Milwaukee to me.

HOP-fully (lol) I am not one of these beer snob douchebags you speak of.  But if so I don't give a fuck haha.  I drank fucking beast ice all though college and my tastes are always changing.  Everything tastes different, i personally don't like MGD or OM.  the cheap ones i like the most are probably busch light, PBR, schaefer, and a few others i can't remember.  I think i usually get a case of busch light when i want a bunch of beer for cheap. i dunno what it is, but i'd pay more for busch light than i would for bud or coors light any day. just tastes better to me
