Ok here it is.


When I first saw it, I almost could not contain my anger.
Even I was baffled what she was trying to make. Seems like a pile blocks and useless cement placed here and there.
I wanna remove that white wall  on the right side too since its acting as some sort of partition.
Once I leveled up the place, I would build a sturdy shed to keep all my tools. That's why I have some vested interest in buying me self a jackhammer.

Jesus, man, if I were you, I'd just say fuck it and hire it out, cuz that's gonna be an aggravating fucking mess from hell to demo out. Hopefully that pipe coming down is steel and not cast iron and in use as some kinda sewage drain line. Because if that's the case and even if you DO hire a pro to demo it, it's gonna be REALLY tricky to get the cement out from around it without busting it and getting shit-juice and stink everywhere.

Think of it this way, IF that is a cast iron pipe drain line, then hiring it out to someone licensed and bonded means you ain't gotta worry about busting it. Chances are they'll do everything NOT to bust it, and even if they do bust it, the cost of the repair will be on them.

Unless of course the whole "WTF? A pipe sticking out thing?" means there's just a piece of pipe sticking up out of the step serving no observable purpose.

Quite frankly, if I were you, I'd demand that the loopy cunt you rented the property to cover 100% of the cost for complete removal of all that shit back to it's original state. And if he/she said no, I'd fucking sue his/her ass. This is why if you're gonna rent a property, you make a rental agreement and a contract stating that they aren't allowed to make modifications like that. It's pretty fucked up that your "friend" didn't consult you about doing this beforehand. If I rent a house to a buddy and he wants to plant some bushes or flowers, that's one thing. But anything structural? The FUCK you won't!

Nonetheless, that's one gawdy fuckin' mess. I feel so bad for you, man.

yeah. ive been having nightmares thinking how dirty the work is gonna be. And yes, I think she did the steps. The pipe was nothing (GI) just prolly a post that wasn't  finished.

Guess women and civil works don't mix.

I prolly get some pro to do the works coz Ive been thinking even if I can do the demolition myself, its the headache of debris desposal that would be painful.

Anyway the costs are gonna be taken cared of by them. Gonna ask a contractor estimate and demand the amount in full plus extra charges for the hassle from the previous tenant before I give the go signal. Maybe I can sqeeze in some other extra works too.

It's funny to watch as an internet video, but if you ride, that kinda shit is an everyday reality and can happen at each and every intersection you cross. These pricks texting on their phones, or talking on their phones, or fucking with the radio, or are just plain fuckin' stupid and not watching close enough. They only glance at oncoming traffic momentarily, don't see a big ass easily visible car or truck coming, their mind is somewhere else, and they pull out right the fuck in front of you. If you ride, you gotta be smart and anticipate that kinda bullshit happening every single time you approach a light and either plot a clear path around it or slow up to where you can brake without sliding into them. Otherwise, the EMT's are likely gonna be scooping parts of you off the road with shovels.
