Thanks, I'm sippin' a Heineken and watching the tube myself. Raining outside, no fun in the hotel pool. Normally has a few chicks in it for scenery.

paying for last night lol, bank holiday sunday fun times. sprained my ankle on the way home so bad it blows :< anyway I drank more than I care to remember but what I can remember was 2 pints of cider, 3 pints of kronenbourg, a pint of newcastle, a zombie cocktail, a matt the rat cocktail, about 6 VK tropicals, 2-3 wkd blues, bunch of vodka shots.

yeah rough weekend myself, just about rocked a whole handle of mist, i think i was trying to get people to run the train on my fiance before i passed out later waking up to puke over the side of my bed, good times!

tbh, I don't even mind the throwing up (though I didnt puke wahey) part, its the morning after where ya stomach feels so dodgy and horrible but not to the point where you need to puke, it just feeeeeeeels so bad. I forgot to add throw in about 6 vodka red bulls and 2 vodka cokes. started the night in at spa lane vaults, just some meh pub then moved on to chandlers bar, the cocktails + newky, then on to Livingstons till 2am, then back to the nineties (lool) till 6am. 6.30 am nearly home, epic fail to ankle sprain which was hilarious at the time but its seriously swollen and painful today, cant walk on it! oof, back to the nineties was fun :p

haha yeah I rarely puke, not sure what the problem was, must of just been the mere consumption. as always, I pass out, and wake up out of no where needed to barf. what's funny was earlier that night i was just saying I hadn't puked in ages

I remember my friend passed out drunk in the kitchen, and when he woke up he had tunnel vision to underneath the fridge. He thought he was kidnapped into some dungeon or something. Then he got up and ate a whole loaf of plain bread and fell back asleep on the kitchen floor.

Ugh...must get this costume for Halloween. Need to drop 20lbs between now and oct 31st.

P90x here we go. Got it on my phone with bluetooth headphones and a wrist mount for the phone....let's see if I have the conviction to get back into that kind of shap. It's been about 10 years since I have looked similar to that.

*not saying I have ever looked like that.....far from it...but in decent shape to have my shit chisled. (but it has been a decade...I really hope I can re-kickstart my metabolism.
