#10 Oklahoma at #6 Baylor tonight - Baylor has had an easy schedule so far, this will be a test to see if they are for real.

# 3 Oregon at #5 Stanford - If Oregon is going to get beat in the regular season it will be tonight or when they play Arizona in a couple weeks. I think that they will go unbeaten but this game should be good.

Stanford will take an early lead, Oregon will bring it back in the second half, but not enough to win. Stanford 27 24.

Baylor by 20 in a mid to high scoring game. About 50 25.

Bye Bye Oregon. It looks more like Alabama/FSU. There is still a lot of football to be played but the picture got a little clearer today.

Oklahoma held down Baylor for a quarter but then Baylor broke out a can on Oklahoma from there on out.
Baylor still has #25 Texas Tech, #14 Okla St., TCU, and Texas to play.
It is a big if, but if they win out they will probably jump Stanford & Ohio St and be sitting in the 3rd spot.

I dunno about jumping Ohio State. If that happens, that would be kinda shitty. I mean Ohio State was undefeated last season, and I think they were undefeated the season before that too. Baylor would have to totally demolish the living shit out of their next couple of ranked opponents to make that NOT look like biased favoritism. It's football, not WWE. You should have to damn well EARN your position in the BCS, and even though Ohio St was bowl banned last year, I think they've done plenty to EARN their spot and shouldn't have it swiped out from under them for no good reason.

take a look at who Ohio St. played last year though breh..not a very impressive SoS..and fuck Urban Meyer..toss up between them and Baylor..I think Stanford and Oregon are both better despite the one loss. Fla St. Vs. Bama would be exciting to see at least..imo

I dunno that it'll happen anyway. A few weeks back before everyone on the Georgia offense went down and they became completely impotent, FSU leaped over UGA in the rankings when they played a team ranked lower than UGA, and only because they completely obliterated that top 10 opponent by 40 or so points. Oklahoma St would probably have to crack the top 10 by that week and then get blown out by 35 or more points in order for Baylor to switch seats with anyone higher up. I just don't know that this late into the season something like strength of schedule according to the early part of the season is gonna factor in enough to make the difference, otherwise Baylor would've ALREADY been awarded based on it.

This is what's so fuckin' screwy about college football. They really need to find some way to revamp shit and make it absolutely clear what schools need to accomplish in order to advance. Some kinda easily understandable bracket system like the NFL has needs to come into play to determine post-season major bowl eligibility. The way shit is now... it's like the fuckin' United States "electoral college". Just a bunch of faceless nameless guys who determine shit supposedly based on the polls and by god knows what rules that probably don't exist anyway.
