Here is a list of my brilliant ideas for improving Q2 deathmatch:


1. Supply players with all weapons upon spawning (as in rocket arena) so they don't have to spend half the match running around collecting them.

2. Develop a new mod in which all weapons are on quad power all the time. Call it Solid Quad (would be more intense than railz!!).

3. Reintroduce the original ztn & trdm maps into dm (remember those?).

4. Develop a 'Last Man Standing' mod, whereby fragged players don't respawn, but simply die and go into observer mode. The last man (or woman) standing wins the match.

5. Let Tubby win once in a while.

idk what you are talking about, i play the ztn maps all the time you are playing the wrong mod

I mean that the original ztn & trdm deathmatch maps (included in the ancient Q2 'Extremities' CD) should be included in Tastyspleen DM, along with q2dm1 - 8.

They are genuine deathmatch maps after all, and just as good as dm1-8. At least I think so lol.

Actually come to think of it, I haven't seen a single trdm map on any Q2 server for years - unless they're on whale or mutant or somewhere I never go.

That usually gets his attention. Decino is in college from what I gather and doesn't get a lot of time, but when he does he pumps out some impressively complex mods in a short amount of time.

I officially have no clue what you are saying.

To clarify, I have posted something similar to *cough* Decino *cough* on a few occasions to get his attention. He usually responds the next day. Kind of like a bat signal.

Isn't Decino the one that makes all the neat little player models? Tell Decino I want some rocket projectile models shaped like dicks! I wanna shoot people with rocket propelled dicks!

Also, I want some grenade launcher projectiles that look like aborted fetuses and hand grenade models that look like big birth control pills.

btw all those edits you mentioned... would be flagged by ac and drop you for spikes
