Everyone varies with that,  and also varies by when yer smokin I read.

Myself I stopped mixing it after 2 experiences of it kicking it in to a point I didn't want to be.
the last one I was almost back to normal and smoking brought it back,   brought it back bad.

one time we ate mushrooms, and i never purposefully take shrooms, people just hand them to me...

and i had like a zillion really strong everclear jello shots, and then they gave me a chocolate bar filled with schrooms..

we poured gasoline in a bigass tupperware full of bacon and set it on fire, and i football tossed it over the fence into the
neighbors yard, and the dog ate it, and its a big scary dog, and it went batshit insane from the gasoline and was frothing
at the mouth and running around being nuts, and my friend whos house it was says we MUST retrieve the tupperware so
that we dont get blamed for killing the dog..

after hours of carrying around swords, and other weapons, my friend devised a plan.

SYRUP.

he jumped over the fence grabbed the tupperware and when he went to jump back over the big picket fence he unloaded
a bunch of maple syrup in the dog's eyes.

victory was ours.

the dog didnt die, but it was gone for 2 weeks, (dont feel sorry for it though , it barked constantly as was really mean.)

then we decided to go kill a cow and eat it, which occupied the next six hours and ended in fail.

our entire clan of dfx was from the same city and we all chilled together in real life...

ive been around the quake community for like 10 years in one form or another...

mainly DFX terrorized CTF clans... we spammed lots of boards and talked lots of shit...

i could probably be convinced to terrorize world of warcrap or some other lame ass game thats unjustly popular,
but if DFX came back we would just ruin whats left of quake2, and seeing as how q2 is my favorite game, that would
be ummmmm bad.

but back in the day when there were tons of people playing, a few casualties were acceptable. if not warranted.

First time I did it I ate a whole 8th at once (was like 16)... in fact I did that the time after that and after that and so on... but now that I'm more refined (and older) I've learned it's totally not necessary. Buy an 8th and eat like half (divide caps between the two portions). That should settle you in good... depending on how much time I have and how strong they are I will eat the other half after 2 hours or so just because I tend to take it as far as I can go.

As for smoking weed before shrooms I wouldn't bother. I wouldn't bother to drink either really, it's not necessary. I normally would smoke a bowl while I was coming down off them just to bring myself back to reality. Their a lot of fun if you have the right mind. Just relax and go with them, be happy and don't fight them. These things give you perma-grin and everything in the world is GREAT. Your thoughts will intensify and you will analyze everything around you. I spent 30 minutes last time looking at my tiled kitchen floor. Dim lighting is best. Find a 3 way lamp that gives off some good shadows. Shadows are definitely my favorite part of tripping. If you spend most of the night inside try venturing outside for a cigarette or something and observe, it's fucking awesome. If you can't handle it just go throw up and they will wear off quick.

hahah shrooms, everyone loves shrooms.  was interesting watching the a-bomb go off on japan, while the room was dark and there was a light behind the enterainment center, which was in the corner of the room, that was really fuckin weird.

i ate a quarter if indoor dank the last time i tripped, in april. 50$.. shrooms are ok, they've never done a whole lot for me though unless i eat atleast a Q and put dark side of the moon on repeat. But i don't trip anymore.. waste of money.

Did the guy you bought them off work in the produce department of a grocery store? Dank shrooms? Mine are always dry.

there's dry and wet shrooms. by dank I just meant good, not wet. typical indoor "good" dry shrooms, caps are light-colored and lanky with golden tips. The more vivid the colors, and a few other things, the better the caps.

Oh ok. Even when we called bud 'dank' we meant it was moist but yeah some people use dank that way too.

I'm sure there are wet shrooms, I've just never had any like that. I've had shrooms with colors and all the shit but I've never really noticed a difference. I really don't think you can judge mushrooms by the way they look to consider how good they are, you have to try them yourself. I've tripped well over 30 times in my life, some shrooms were good... some barely did anything. I've had some where yeah you need to eat a quarter to get fucked up and others where all I needed was a half an 8th.
