haha this is funny.. i feel like such a lightweight after cutting for the past 6 weeks.. lost around 30 pounds through lifting and low calorie intake (but high protein and vitamins, no supplements) and rarely drank. tonight i've had 8 and i know i wont make it to 12 beers.. which used to be nothing to me.. always went damn near 20 back in the day.

Look out man...if you are cutting out carbs as part of your diet you can harm your liver by drinking a bunch. I went on a modified Atkins and split a twosix with my girl and woke up the next morning hung to the FN gills and probably suffering from a little bit of damage.

i know what i'm doing sigma, and i get tons of carbs each day, you just need to know when to eat them so that towards the end of the day your body is more geared toward using fat as a primary source of energy, rather than carbs.

Dont you just hate it when your about done for the night, bottles gone, joints smoked, you and your buddy ready to pass out to a good horror movie (dead alive, jacksons best imo) when suddenly theres hot chicks with all the makings for a few dozen jagerbombs! i was surprised i got up early enough to eat the damn bird
