haha this is funny.. i feel like such a lightweight after cutting for the past 6 weeks.. lost around 30 pounds through lifting and low calorie intake (but high protein and vitamins, no supplements) and rarely drank. tonight i've had 8 and i know i wont make it to 12 beers.. which used to be nothing to me.. always went damn near 20 back in the day.

i know what i'm doing sigma, and i get tons of carbs each day, you just need to know when to eat them so that towards the end of the day your body is more geared toward using fat as a primary source of energy, rather than carbs.
