I hate the fact that in Call of Duty: World at War, all the Nazi's speak German, but all the Russians speak English with a Russian accent.

I hate the fact that in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, you get to see the Eiffel Tower blow up but you don't get to shoot or stab to death any French people.

I hate the French. Just in case that wasn't clear.

I hate Eddie Trunk. "That Metal Show" is largely a fucking joke. I get tired of watching that show because of the occasional cool guest they might have and then seeing Eddie Trunk whine and moan like a fucking pussy little retard with that annoying fucking whiney voice he has when they do the trivia portion of the show with him. I get tired of hearing him give shitty bands like UFO and Michael Schenker handjobs of approval, always going on and on about how awesome UFO was. I'm a little afraid that some dumb kids just starting to get into metal will be watching that show and actually start believing that UFO was ever cool or worth a shit. UFO SUCKS. EDDIE TRUNK IS A FUCKING faggot (bundle of sticks), and I hope his fat ass chokes on a chicken bone.

Today's group of young marines....

I sympathized for those dudes that got in trouble for pissing on the taliban corpse, I tried to put myself in their shoes beceause he might have killed several of their best friends, yeah, or just the whole mentality of fighting in afghanistan in a mountainous setting where your enemy is truly hiding...i'm sure it can really get to your head. But really, you DON'T need to video tape that shit. You just don't. And after meeting the massive group of marines I did last night, I can confidently say that I know 20 that are worse than the worst frat boys I have ever encountered. We are talking the dumbest, least respectful, possessing the least class, individuals on the face of the planet.

Everyone in my family who served were real men even when they were a boy. This group will forever be little boys........

I'm thankful for ANYONE who serves, despite the circumstance, but it was completely disgraceful. I'll try not to judge all marines by this large group :>

Things have changed a LOT over the past 50 or 60 years. US Soldiers aren't the same men they were in World War 2. Back then, depending on where you got sent to fight, your chances of making it out of just that one battle alive (not including the other battles that might follow) could be as low as 15%. The ones green off the tree and just recently going into the fight were all pumped up and excited to see some action, but once they saw a bunch of their friends getting killed all around them, their attitude changed completely. After that, they learned to have a little bit of fear, and carried on with the fighting and killing only because they knew that the more they killed, the sooner the war would be over and the sooner they'd get back home.

But honestly, that attitude you speak of is basically what the military likes to see. They want guys who are cock-strong and willing to rush out onto the battlefield without really second guessing it. They want guys who are dumb enough to think of killing other human beings in the line of duty as "fun". And you also gotta look at it from their perspective. You probably witnessed these guys in the context of them being off-duty. While they're on the job, they have so many rules and regulations and guidelines and deadlines and timelines and orders and objectives and responsibilities... when they get the day off, they just wanna go nuts, party, have some fun, and blow off some steam like any guy their age would do. You shouldn't let that give you an impression of how they ALWAYS conduct themselves. If they are pissing on dead bodies and filming it, that's on their commanding officer. Pack mentality takes over and a couple of these guys are some pretty crazy and unhinged individuals. Without someone responsible and competent there to lead them and guide them, that's the kind of shit that will always happen no matter who's army it is.

When someone like that is in command of an entire unit... that's when the seriously fucked up shit has an opportunity to take place.

I hate it when people (mostly women) clean house by throwing away other people's stuff because they they can't wrap their head around the concept that other people might have reasons for keeping things that they don't know, and that they might have expectations that when they go to look for something in the place that they intentionally put it, it might actually still be there.

I am by no stretch of the imagination a packrat, but I will keep things that I dub potentially useful like spare computer parts and random extra fasteners for this or that in the hope that one day I won't have to go online and order shit or drive to the home depot for one little component to finish a project or fix something that's broken.

Apparently this concept is lost on people who don't ever construct something with their own two hands or who are never expected to repair a broken appliance or device.

Holy Fucking pieces of flying shit THIS!!!! My ex threw out a box of cables and components i had collected because she needed room in it for a linen lined wicker basket to place her gloves and scarves.

Wow, what the fuck.  Even in U.S. dollars, that's still $1084/month.  For that here in Texas, you could get a VERY well spaced 3 bedroom apartment, probably 1300 sq. ft. or more.
