I can go either way,  like I did in my post.

Can of pop, 2 liter of pop,  but if I order it with a meal I get a small soda.

Hmm... catching up on this thread.  Diet soda is horrible, of any brand, of any flavor.  But it's not just that issue that makes it truly bad.  It's the whole brain cancer thing.  Aspartame has been linked to it in lab mice.  Doesn't mean necessarily it's the same with humans, but the taste alone in all diet drinks with that much chemical makes me shy away from it.  Anything where I taste more synthetics than actual natural flavors is a bad deal.

BTW, best real sodas:  Cherry Coke, Fanta Pineapple, Mug Root beer.  All go great for chasing whiskey down in a very fashionable style.

Years back when they still made it, me and my roommate used to chase mezcal and tequila with Pepsi Lime. It tasted fucking atrocious on it's own, but with the burn from the mezcal, you really only noticed the lime flavoring and nothing much else. It was a helluva lot better than chasing it with Sprite which barely has enough lime OR lemon flavor to it, its mostly just carbonated water and sugar.

I stay far away from that mexican firewater bullshit these days though. Last time I drank mezcal, instead of drinking my usual (Monte Alban), I went with a cheaper bottle of some imported Dos Tiranos filth. The shit made me so sick the next morning that I puked until I dry heaved and then dry heaved until I ruptured my esophagus and stomach lining and started vomiting blood. Sickest I've ever felt in my entire life. After that, just a brief smell of mezcal or tequila made me gag. Ain't been brave enough to try it again since.

I hate this new e-cig craze. What kinda gay shit is this? Fruit flavored cigarettes!?! Are you fucking kidding me? "It doesn't make you stink like an ashtray." Who gives a shit what people think about your smell. Common courtesy doesn't make these other assholes stop wearing way too much of their awful cologne or perfume in public. So why should I feel the necessity to give a fuck what other random pricks on the street think about MY odor as I pass within distance of them to smell me for a mere 5 seconds out of their whiney bitchy lives? "SECOND HAND SMOKE IS A KILLER!" Fuck these people. They drive cars every day that spew basically the same shit out of the tailpipe that I'm blowing outta my mouth as I freeze my ass off outside smoking because THEY thought it was a swell idea to completely remove the smoking section from the restaurant or bar.

Chances are if you smoke cigarettes and hang around here, you're probably smoking weed too. If you switch to e-cigs because you give a shit about what other people think about your "habit", then why not quit smoking dope too since that's illegal and smoking it makes some people consider you a criminal and a druggie. Don't wanna do that though, do you? So smoke a pack of Camels like a normal person and tell the rest of the world to kiss your fucking ass already.

no, it's not that at all. i love modern music. some of my favorite music of all time was released in the past ten years, but i can appreciate stuff that was released 20-60 years ago.

You're not kidding about that! Gangnam Style I found fun and catchy (although that might be partly because I don't speak Korean!) but so many modern songs are so VAPID and simplistic, it's like they were written by five-year-olds! Hell, my five-year-old nephew is more articulate.
