On one hand, the judge should be removed from the bench PERMANENTLY for instigating a physical altercation like that, cuz that's just fucking retarded and entirely unprofessional. On the other hand, the attorney was fucking CRAZY for walking out like that. An awful lot of judges are packing a piece under their robe these days, especially after that Brian Nichols dude murdered Judge Barnes in the Atlanta Courthouse back in 2005 I think.
