Hahaha! What the hell! Right before he careens off the shoulder, you hear a very nonchalant "uh oh."

Found a spectator-cam view of the above. In an interview, the driver said: "It was a downhill braking in the compression and something broke in the front right. The wheel was turning out and it dragged us to the edge of the road."

Yeah, I figured something linking the front axles popped. As he was coming down the hill, you see the camera jar like they hit a deep pothole (obviously when the front axle and steering broke). Right after the tremendous bump, you hear him say "Uh oh...", then I noticed he tried cutting the wheel hard to the left and it kept going straight for the shoulder.
There's lots of old one-lane dirt mountain roads hidden all over the place up in northern-most Georgia leading through the mountains. Used to go camping up there all the time. Those roads would wind and wind all over the place, most of them carved into the side of steep mountains. In the winter after all the leaves were gone, you could look out for miles and miles over the Appalachians as you were nervously driving along. And the higher up you got, the WORSE it got. Once you got to the summit of Blood Mountain (I think that's the name of it), there was a path leading down the other side of the mountain to the main WMA station, and another one that continued on north across the crests to the next mountain. Got up there one night at about 10pm in the pitch black looking for a place to camp. Hadn't been down that particular road before. The further I went, the worse the road got. It went from sparse gravel cover to bare dirt, to bare dirt with lots of holes, then two bare dirt tire tracks with tall grass and shrubs growing in the middle of the tracks, and then fallen trees laying across the road started appearing more frequently. And then when I thought it couldn't get any worse unless an army of 500 man-eating bears with Uzi's showed up... thick heavy fucking fog set in. The road was so narrow that there was literally NO place to pull over and let someone pass coming the other direction. And of course... someone came the other way. So I had to back my truck down this same dangerous as fuck road VERY SLOWLY trying not to back it off the shoulder and down the mountain to a certain death. Probably a good mile of that IN THE ZERO VISIBILITY FOG. My butthole was so puckered after that that I didn't DARE venture up that road a second time.
And unfortunately, there's a lot of weekend warrior retards that head up there from the city and suburbs in their 4WD Jeeps and Landrovers and jacked up pickups who do nothing but mudbog and off-road. They've completely destroyed the drivability of many of these roads for people in regular pickup trucks because they get stuck and spin the fuck out of their tires, digging the ruts deeper and deeper, making them even worse.
Assholes like this.

And a courteous warning, might wanna consider muting the volume on these videos, especially the 2nd one. The 2nd one has shitty pop country retard music in it.

I had a thought after reading/watching that... I saw something in the news recently where a guy in Iran threw acid in someone's face and permanently blinded them, and since they practice the "eye for an eye" thing LITERALLY over there, they actually ended up plucking this dude's eyeballs out to blind him as well.
You see where I'm going with this yet?
Being a serial shitter in Iran... bad idea.
