Concerning the channel #Straight and why you were auto-kick/banned, that channel has been off-limits for some time due to several users who decided they wanted the channel and then would go severely harass the users in the other channel you mentioned. Had this happened just once or twice, it would not have been set off-limits. However, it has happened over the course of a year with many different individuals and groups who have continued to harass the other channel. Originally, the others who wanted #Straight said much the same thing as you and then turned around and used it to harass the gay community.The majority of our users are heterosexual and feel no need to celebrate their sexual lifestyles on our network with people of similar viewpoints. However, as you must be aware, the gay community has had a long standing tradition of bonding together because they have historically been so ostracized from the mainstream. This is why they have that particular channel and do others no harm as they do not go to other channels to harass or bother them about their heterosexuality.If you'd like a different channel, one that would not be a hate channel as others have used #Straight for, that would be acceptable and a discussion could continue on what the channel name might be. As the gay community has their channel +s (Secret), yours would have to follow the same guidelines.This is not a discrimination issue on our part, but merely a protective stance we have taken. All users are welcome on our network and are expected to abide by our rules. This is a gaming network, where people of similar interests reside.
