WD, I've been under the impression that some people here assume matter and energy were created (then followed by big bang or whatever), but perhaps they believe it has always existed.  You pointed out earlier in the thread there is evidence it cannot have existed for infinite time, but I haven't looked at it much.  It seems like quadz is telling me about big bang evidence without even telling me about what the origin of matter is, then criticizing me for talking about supernatural cause of matter.  I would only logically assume if there were hard evidence that matter and energy could not have been created, then I would just follow the belief it has always existed, no problem.

There's one last thought I'd like to add after I read the latest posts.
Thinking of that truly INSANE amount of energy that had been set free when Big Bang happened... Not to mention the INSANE amount of energy that was very likely needed to make the Big Bang possible and therefore the expansion of matter... Or maybe I should say: The newborn universe...
Thinking of the INSANE amount of energy that's still there (suns, and even more INSANE, the places where they are STILL "born")...
Looking at all this... I think, we know there's one thing that's true up to now (until maybe one happy day someone proves this to be false):
Energy does not come out of nothing. Anyone of you ever experienced something different? Please share your knowledge, I'd like to swim in money, too.
To start a devastating chain-reaction you need a certain amount of radioactive material. How much radioactive material would be needed to cause a very, very freakin' BIG BANG like THIS ONE? Don't know what would happen if we took one H and one Anti-H instead... But at least we'd need SOMETHING to get that energy from. Once again, a truly INSANE amount of energy.

Now, if God existed and was NOT a physical being... Maybe a number, or maybe an idea or whatever could be imagined... Where the f... did He take that physical energy from? Did he contain it? Are we able to store energy in an idea? - Hehe... If so, and if he's still there... Well, did He run out of this energy now? Or is he still full of it? I'd really like to know, because with all this high-energy matter flying around in this universe, I would be very interested in how the f... He manages to keep His truly INSANE amount of energy in his non-physical body from reacting with His surroundings...     
(Now, THAT'S unsettling - hm, even scaring... I wouldn't feel very well when someone's smoking in a storage full of fireworks... Or giant stars burning very close to an INSANE amount of energy... Would you?) 

Of course, this is exaggerated. But that's one of the major problems I see regarding the assumption that God, a non-physical being, caused the Big Bang. If one doubted the Big Bang happened, some of the problems would still be: What's the origin of matter and energy then, if God is a non-physical being? How do we get matter and energy out of nothing? Or wouldn't He be non-physical in this case? (Then it MUST be possible to proof his existence!!!)

Honestly, I'd prefer to assume that matter and energy had already existed before the Big Bang. Maybe on quark-level or wtf (I'm pretty sure, too, that someone will find out...). For the likelihood it originated from NOTHING (what's nothing, btw.?) or something non-physical is... Well... Hm...

Just being "here" is having one thing in common with anyone participating,which is a fine way to approach a relationship,looking for common interests.Compatable naughty bits(or at least having the Desired type) is the second. And having a means of communicating

for the record I find quadz to be highly understandable, and very concise.
He also rarely attempts to pull the wool over anyone's eyes, as far as I can tell.
