I've said it before. Once every several years, maybe once every decade, one team just has a magical miraculous season. Either in NFL or NCAA, there's that one particular team that just seems to do no wrong, as if the god of football has reached down from his stadium in the sky and intervened on their behalf to where they just CAN'T lose. Might be Tennessee's year. Then again... I'm leaning more towards the general consensus that Tennessee is NOT having a magical season, they are just on a lucky streak at the roulette table putting everything on red every spin, and eventually it's gonna hit black. And the more times they get lucky hitting red, the more it's gonna hurt when the streak ends. Enjoy the dream while it lasts Vols. Reality's coming to smack you in the nose with it's big sweaty black dick.

That makes me think of the season Auburn had when they won the national championship in 2010.

That was no miracle, that was just a Cam Newton. Cam Newton could've had only 1 center and 1 guard for his O-line and he still would've crushed it.

I was glad to see TN finally lose.
I thought that they were going to somehow pull another win out of their ass at the end.
When the A&M guy was running for the game clinching TD and the TN guy knocked the ball out and the ball was going to TN at the 20, I said here we go again  :dohdohdoh:  TN outplayed A&M overall, but I'm glad they took the loss.

I'm glad Georgia finally beat South Carolina in their own stadium. Past several years, the winner of the Georgia and South Carolina game has always been whoever is playing at home.

I am looking forward to the ALA/TN game.  Normally I would see this as a double digit win for ALA.
ALA has it most trouble when playing mobile QB's, so this could be close and I give TN a slight chance at pulling off the upset, if ALA has multiple turnovers.

OSU/Wisc - I would love to see OSU get beat, but I think that they will win this game by double digits.

FLA/Missou - FLA gets their starting QB back and they will need more offense than they have had to win this game.  The FLA defense has played really well in all of their games except TN, but they need to offense to do their part if they expect to keep winning these games.

Alabama dominated Tenn, the score was more lopsided than I thought it would be.

Wisc has the early lead on OSU, but I doubt that it holds up  :raincloud:

Florida's defense won the game for them once again, they had 2 pick 6's to open up a close 6-0 game to a 20-0 halftime score.
Florida's QB came back after 3 weeks and did not play well, he threw 3 int's and it should have been 5 int's.  I hope he was just rusty and plays better in their next game against UGA in 2 weeks.  Florida is dinged up, especially on defense, so hopefully they can get healthy before the Georgia game.
Georgia lost to Vandy today (I did not see that coming).  No matter how Florida or Georgia is playing, they always get up for this game.  I have no doubt that Georgia will be ready to play and if Florida's offense cannot do better than they have been doing, Georgia will get the win.

What a bunch of crazy shit. NCSTATE had Clemson. Completely, the game was done, and they threw it away. Georgia did too, but I'd be ten times as mad as a state fan right now haha. Ohio state squeezes by in OT, and the Tar Heels bounce back after showing the nation they can't play in the rain last weekend...and, va tech lost to Syracuse! they were +1000 or more in Vegas odds. NC was +240 against Miami, and Stanford was about +180 against notre dame at ND. All of them won, including me because I parlayed these 3 things happening together. $20 to win $1,230. Lmao!!

More now that I have time.. DID Georgia do the right thing by firing mark richt? And if they did, was Kirby smart the best choice for them? Right now I think the AD/staff/school as a whole is rethinking this. But, I hopefully they're realizing the tough luck with that Tennessee loss. Poor effort/awareness with their coverage. Georgia had that one in the bag. The Vanderbilt loss on the other hand is tough to swallow. You can attribute it to certain things, stupid decisions or tough breaks, but most Georgia people are probably wondering why it was even close for that to matter against vandy whom they always beat.

On the other side we have Mark Richt. He has obviously improved the Miami program, but nonetheless he still can't beat the ACC's top 4 teams currently: Clemson, Louisville, Florida state, and North Carolina. I'm presuming a bit with that statement being that he lost to the 3 and 4 teams at home, granted they were close games. I feel that the ACC is at an all-time high, so there's that to consider too. So in my opinion, which could change, Georgia didn't make a mistake by firing Richt necessarily but they certainly didn't benefit from it.

Concerning NC's abysmal loss and inability to play in the rain(that pitiful loss against va tech during hurricane Matthew) UNC was up 20-3 at half time against Miami. It rained through the 2nd half and they won 20-13. Holy shit, this rain problem NEEDS to be addressed. Fortunately Elijah hood was back in the line-up who was injured and didn't play against tech. NC went for a TD on 4th and inches for goal and missed it too. Id argue that the score should've been more in NCs favor but NC just can't do shit in the rain. It's pathetic.

These were the two bets I made. I picked the 8 teams I thought were most likely to win(phew, Georgia and others were barely outside that list). And I picked Stanford to upset nd, nc to "upset" Miami, and Syracuse to upset va tech. Y'all know how I'm harping on this rain excuse for NC, well it's true dam it!!! ;) And it's why I bet against va tech who just shut nc out.

Clemson definitely lucked out in their game.  Clemson should give the NC St. kicker a scholarship.
The NC St. kicker went 1-4 on FG's, if he makes 2-4 NC St. wins.  The missed FG at the end was a 33 yard gimme, but he still missed.
Sometimes it is better to be lucky than good. :lolsign:

I didn't even watch the Georgia games the past two weeks. Glad I didn't watch yesterday for sure. I came home about 4pm after the game would've been long over, fired up my browser, and just laughed when I saw the score. A loss to Vanderbilt is about as pathetic as it gets. Firing Richt was retarded. Most Dawgs fans didn't completely like it, but they understood the move. But now? Now ALL Dawgs fans don't like it, and none of them understand it either. Georgia fucked up a few years back when they refused to start throwing huge amounts of money at OC and DC Mike Bobo and Todd Grantham. They were the key to bringing out the best in Georgia's players any given year. Had they not allowed Bobo and Grantham to get lured away and kept Richt, I have no doubt they'd be undefeated right now.

Hah!! Ohio state only dropped 4 spots in the rankings having only beaten Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and with a loss to penn state. How that looks better than Texas a&m, with wins over UCLA, Tennessee, auburn, Arkansas, and a loss to Alabama is kind of hilarious lol. At least they BARELY put Louisville ahead of osu with a loss to Clemson. If Washington slips up we might have 2 ACC teams in the playoff. Which I kinda hope Louisville does get in. No team is like Alabama but lville has that X factor in Lamar Jackson and could definitely take them on the right day. Even if Louisville doesn't get in, the ACC has a chance to make the biggest playoff/new year six bowl showing out of all the conferences. If nc wins out, and FSU does as well except against Clemson, and assuming some big 12 losses, we'd be looking at Clemson Louisville nc and FSU in New Years six or above. That's common for the sec but not other conferences.

LSU is looking a lot better now that they can throw the ball some to offset the running game.

Auburn destroyed Arkansas.

Alabama still has to play both of those teams.  I think if Alabama plays a good game, they win both of those games, but if they play sloppy LSU or Auburn could upset them.

I will be amazed if FLA can go through the rest of their SEC schedule without another loss.  If FLA loses another game, TN will probably win the SEC East since they will be favored in even SEC game they have left.

It really does not matter much, because the SEC West winner should beat the SEC East winner easily.
