Y'all probably remember me talking up unc's Mitch trubisky earlier this season. I was claiming him to be a top 5 quarterback, which may have seemed optimistic at the time but now he certainly seems to be number 1 after his 1st year starting. I hope he doesn't go to the draft and stays another year especially since he's projected at #1 going to the browns. As nice as it would be for the browns to finally get their star quarterback fuck that!!! I like the kid too much to wish the Cleveland curse upon him. It's crazy some of the players unc has acquired and produced in the past 8 years or so. I'm referring to Giovanni Bernard, the best back of that time, Eric Ebron, the best tight end of that time and now Mitch trubisky. None of these guys were 5 stars out of hs. Anyway here's a video of Mitch below if you're more than likely less familiar with him than I, excuse the music . I hope he stays.

He would be crazy to go early, if your going to be drafted by Cleveland.

If I was a senior, I would go to grad school before going to the Cleveland Browns

Unfortunately he's a Cleveland native and a childhood browns fan. He's also a very good kid and scholar athlete so I hope that overrides his draft notions. He's a junior and it's his first starting year. I'm a huge fan of the kid. If he went to a somewhat respectable NFL team I'd buy his jersey. I only own one, Luke kuechly, one of my few favorite NFL players(and I didn't buy it, it was a gift from wife).

My picks for today: Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida state.

The two closest games should be unc Stanford and fsu Michigan. Right now the acc is 5-1 in bowl games better than any other conference but that could easily change today.

The sec is off to a bad start. Vandy was blue blown out by nc state and South Carolina beat by south Florida. Which are both understandable, but then Kansas state beat Texas a&m. Only sec victory so far is a 1pt win by Mississippi state over Miami(Ohio).

Georgia and Tennessee should both win though.

. I'm not a fan of Kirby smart and definitely feel NC's qb struggled big time on his first start and a domino effect of penalties helped Georgia out big time in the opener, but a 1 pt loss to both Vanderbilt and ga tech then Tennessee pulling off that miracle was the difference between a 10-2 season and an 8-5 season. Tough luck.

Been busy this year with other shit and I probably only watched 1 or 2 UGA games total. Didn't even get to see the yearly Georgia vs Georgia Tech rivalry game either... although my dad (a Tech fan) made sure to call me and tell me all about how his Yellow Jackets whooped my Dawgs. I did get to see the Liberty Bowl game today though. I still say they kinda stink. Sooo lazy on defense, everyone slowly moseying over to their position before a play with no sense of urgency, lazy sloppy coverage, etc. And while Jacob Eason might be a better qb than that other ex-Virginia dude, he still looks very very average and not like a #1 recruit.

Did see the Kansas St game the other day too. All I can say is LOL.

Clemson vs Ohio State should probably be the most interesting bowl game this year. I imagine Washington is gonna get slaughtered by Alabama. And whoever wins the Clemson vs Ohio State game will probably get moderately slaughtered by Alabama in the National Championship.

Well, I was right about unc Stanford and Florida state being the closest games both being decided by 2 points or less. But, unc lost. Threw 2 interceptions In the 2nd half, one was ran for an immediate td, another led to a field goal. Then, trubisky was avoiding defenders leaving the pocket where he was then blindsided by a referee, resulting in a fumble, Stanford recovers leading to a scoring drive. Still, nc had a chance to tie with a 2 point conversion in the final seconds. They blew it. It was a disappointing game. UNC's defense actually played well stopping Stanford 1/3 of the time and limiting them to a field goal the rest of the time. UNC's offense was out scoring them with that but the 3 turnovers deep in nc territory(one being the ref's damn fault lmao) was enough for Stanford to barely win.

Missed it - maybe its brain food.

The ref definitely knocked the ball out, but it wasn't a hard hit. Its screwed up, but the QB should have had a better grip on the ball.
