It sucks even more when its some reeeeally dumb shit that caused it, like when Georgia's star WR Malcolm Mitchell tore his ACL after landing funny from one of those retarded jumping back-bump things. The fucking dork wasn't even IN THE GAME for the play he was helping to celebrate, he ran into the endzone from the sidelines. It was the first game of the season, he hadn't even been on the field for a single play yet, and the injury benched him the rest of the fucking season. DERP.

My high school will be playing on espn2 tomorrow @ noon.

They have been pretty good for the last few years. I don't know how good they will be this year, I guess I will see tomorrow.

Im getting really excited over the Georgia nc match up!! I didn't know that Eason is the #1 ranked qb recruit. As a freshman, rumor has it he may take Greyson lambert 'a starting position, who is a senior and led Georgia to 10 wins last year without Chubb the majority of the season. Junior Mitch trubisky, unc's starting qb, almost clinched the starting position over marquise Williams last year. They didn't decide until a week before the season started and I recall the coaches judging them with score cards as a main factor to determine who started. It was something like 91.3 - 90.8 Williams. So neither team should have an issue at qb, Georgia with more depth.

Georgia's defense is far more talented overall, unc has top tier corners though, one being one of the best in the nation in Des Lawrence.

UNC has a more talented receiving group. NC has a veteran OL, Georgia has plenty of talent there as well. UNC probably has a better special teams unit. Georgia has chub, a possible top 3 back. NC has Elijah hood, a top 10 back trailing only Fsu's cook in the ACC.

When you lay it out how I just did, it seems like an awesome match up. Which it is, but UNC's run defense is going to make or break it. They will likely get Chubb'd has foc put it earlier, and then a lot of pressure will be put on trubisky who has never been in that position. Also, Kirby smart just started practicing this week at the Georgia dome so they can get used to the turf. So... Yeah. We'll see I guess.

I screwed up, the game wasn't on until 2PM.
It was a good game with my high school (Cocoa) leading 20-12 late in the 4th quarter, when the Trinty WR gets away with a obvious offensive pass interference that give them the ball first and goal at the 5 yard line. Trinty goes on to score and convert the 2pt play to tie the game with under a minute to play. The game goes to OT with Trinity getting the ball first. Cocoa held Trinity to a FG, so Cocoa has to get a FG to tie or a TD to win.
The Cocoa QB runs it in from 8 yards out on the second play to win the game.

It would have sucked if Cocoa lost because of that missed pass-interference call, but they won it in OT so all is good.

They travel to NV next week to play what will be the #1 team in the nation (Bishop Gorman). Bishop Gorman was ranked #3 but since #1 & #2 both lost this week, they will be the #1 team next week.
I expect Cocoa to get their butts beat next week, but you never know because a couple years ago they went to TX and beat the #1 team in the country.

I could make an argument for ACC being #2 now, but they're at least close with the pac 12.

Mississippi State loses to South Alabama!?! Un-fuckin-real! If you're gonna lose, lose early, because it won't knock you out of the running entirely for a playoff or big bowl appearance like it would from game 10 through game 12. But a game 1 loss to South Alabama? Holy shit, man. It's just one game out of 12, but still... it doesn't bode well when you're losing the freebie games to nobodies from the Sunbelt conference, lol. Pretty safe to say Miss St ain't putting up a fight for the SEC West throne this year.

My friend on the Tennessee app state game " Another overrated top 10 team barely squeaking by(from poor clock management on app's part)"... I'm like yeah, watch Houston beat Oklahoma and they'll both be top 10 after, lmao. Which Houston is decent, we saw that against FSU in their bowl game. But Oklahoma got embarrassed by Clemson and Houston now in their last games. Not #3 in the nation.
