I kinda enjoy the vinegar in it. Dunno if you've ever tried homegrown tabasco peppers before, but if you're gonna make a sauce with it, you're gonna NEED to dilute it with something. They may be tiny little peppers, but they'll light your fucking ass up like spraying mace in your mouth. A couple years back, I had a couple tabasco plants. I was cutting them open to remove the seeds and got the fucking juice under my fingernails. My fucking fingers burned like hell for almost a month. I scratched my balls while taking a piss shortly after it happened. Fucking mistake. I was dancing bowlegged out of the bathroom. If I could've jumped high enough, I would've stuck my balls in the ice bin in the freezer, lol. That was not an experience I wish to repeat.

Off topic but I can remember when some guys put "Atomic Balm" in a couple of guys underwear when we were at a baseball tourney, it blistered the "boys" and those victims did not play the rest of the tourney.
The coach wanted to send the guys who did it home, but we needed them since the other two guys couldn't play.

for favorite hot sauce.. I'm not very picky...this stuff isn't very hot..but the taste is money in my opinion...drink this stuff out of the bottle good..

I've tried Crystal before. It's alright, but not quite hot enough. I like Tabasco because it's got plenty of heat to make your eyes water up if you splash on enough of it, but not so much that it's makes you wanna dunk your head in a bucket of cold milk. My favorite things to put it on is meat loaf, vegetable soup, burritos/tacos, cheddar and cream cheese salsa rollups, and occasionally pizza. NOT greek pizza though. A decent greek pizza will be loaded with gyro meat, tomatoes, diced onions, feta cheese, and tons of sliced kalamata olives. Hot sauce completely covers all the taste of the olives and onions.

I used to like the Tabasco Garlic sauce, but it's sometimes harder to find than the regular, and it's probably about 1/4th the heat of the regular too. It's pretty good for adding a mild amount of spice to things like sloppy joes, chili, or brunswick stew. If you're making food for people that don't want a bad case of indigestion, you can sprinkle some of it in until it just barely tastes spicy then add some more garlic powder if you want the garlic to taste louder.

Must be a cajun/hickabilly thing, cuz I think Tabasco sauce in any form is disgusting.  Vinegar, meh.  Shit is too strong imo.  Then again, fire sauce at taco bell is too hot for me so maybe it's just because I'm a soft faggot (bundle of sticks) that can't handle anything hot.
