Apparently, Slipknot sux live, but the moshpit is like a trip to hell. I was never a big Slipknot fan but thier new album seems to be pretty good. What ya think of Marilyn Manson? My GF loves it, so I have to put up with it!

Slipknot is gay. Corey taylor is a faggot (bundle of sticks) whiner, who dissed GWAR, who have been touring since he was in fucking elementary school, and then got his ass served to him on a platter by Dave Brockie of GWAR. Remember when they said slipknot was supposed to be a one album band? They're going to end up like the village people or ICP, still around years later but only idiots listen to them. And more musicians isn't always better, and a dj? gimme a break, it's a fuckin joke, mastodon has only 4 people and half the equipment of slipknot, but they bury them in every respect. Musicianship, stage presence, coolness, everything.

This dislike for slipknot might be due to the fact that I'm a GWAR fan....

Yeah must be! Nothing wrong with having DJs. Unless you're old and/or boring. DJs add an extra perspective to the music (in some instances). But like I said, I'm not a big Slipknot fan, if at all (contrary to my avatar).
