I think I saw that snoop dogg was hanging out with the Carolina Panthers the other day. Hopefully they're not high as shit still come game time tomorrow.

Lol yeah. The one thing I don't like about cam newton is how everyone is involving race into people liking, disliking, praising or not praising him. Which isn't his fault, but he's certainly in a position to nip it in the bud though but he doesn't. But I still don't blame him for it, hes a kid.

Yeah, I had it on NFL Network since about 11am when I was in the kitchen rolling up and slicing shitloads of my traditional yearly cream cheese cheddar salsa rollups that I always make for my superbowl party. Oh my gaaaaaaaaaaaawd, if there was ANYTHING else on to watch, I would've turned the channel. So tired of hearing these fucking analysts talking about why people do or don't like Cam Newton. And surprisingly, I was actually MORE TIRED of hearing them talking about Peyton Mannings "legacy" concerning the outcome of this game. They spent basically NO time talking about Carolina at all, it was all the fucking Peyton Manning show. It seemed like they all thought, kinda like those dingleberries you met at the grocery store, that Manning winning this game was automatic. I dunno what the fuck these people have been watching all season, but it AIN'T been the world of NFL football. I'm not saying Manning doesn't have a shot at all of winning this game, but according to what I've seen all season and post-season, it's a very very very slim shot. I'm talking... Newton would have to get injured and taken out of the game at some point in the 1st quarter for Denver to have only a fair 50/50 chance of winning this game. Because even without Newton, Denver's still gotta overcome Carolina's defense to get any points. If I'm not mistaken, Carolina has the highest turnover margin in their favor of all 32 teams this year. Carolina was the #1 seed in the NFC for a reason. Look at the stats on paper. When you consider the numbers and margins concerning "points for/points against", Carolina was CLEARLY the #1 NFC team leading the #2 runner-up team by a pretty wide gap. No one's really given Carolina a challenge all season long except for when they played Atlanta right after Christmas. And I'd say the likely story in that game was that Carolina came down with a case of the post-Christmas who-gives-a-fuck's knowing they had a firm grasp on they playoffs as well as the NFC South title.

Denvers defense won it. That being said, the bullshit happenstance of Carolina assuming that was a fair catch, that horrendous fumble near the endzone for a tad, cam looking like a rookie, and several calls not going the panthers way, this game left me pretty disappointed. Carolinas defense played really good most of the time..........whatever, fuck your last rodeo Peyton.

I knew Denver's defense could bring pressure (they were #1 in sacks this year), but I thought Cam would handle it better.
I thought Cam would scramble and burn them with some big plays early. Once Denver's defense got burned a couple of times, they would play more to contain Cam and the pressure would decrease.
Carolina's defense played like I expected and held Denver's offense down.
Carolina outplayed Denver in every stat but penalties and turnovers lost the game for them.

The Failclowns released Roddy White.
It will be interesting to see how he does this year. Either the Failclowns were right or they let him go to soon.

Yeah. Sucks. Gonna miss him. He's been the Falcons best wide receiver pretty much ever since he was brought on, and all the fans love him to death. He was even outshining WR Julio Jones for the first year or two he came on. Bust the past two years, he's been constantly out with injuries or playing injured and in pain and being ineffective. He just needs to retire. His body is telling him, "I'm getting too worn out for this shit, man."

Well all the spring games and practices are over. I'm optimistic about unc. I've always liked trubisky more than marquise Williams. I think they're fine at the qb position. Otherwise nc lost their tallest WR qui shad Davis. This guy was so crucial in previous years but was getting outshined by newer talents like Mack hollins and Ryan Switzer. OL has lost a few experienced guys, one VERY good guy, which is a little troublesome but OL has never been nc's issue. Nonetheless as accurate and extremely good as Mitch trubisky is, he's less of a dual threat than Williams was obviously. I think they should be ok though.
Defense, well... We'll see. Coaching staff was clearly an issue when gene chizik turned a TERRIBLE defense into an average one in a matter of months. Average is being hard on them too. Really only average relative to the top 30. But it's hard for me to be hopeful. I'll be happy if they didn't get worse, haha.
Big match up and opener in Atlanta. Georgia may beat unc like a true betting man would expect, both teams not playing too well in their first game. That's honestly the most likely scenario. I hope not though. If both teams play very well overall, I think nc has it. Consistency has always been an issue though for them.... I'd pick Georgia with a 5 pt spread if I'd actually bet against unc
