I'm not much of a fan of this band, but I do really like this particular song. Kinda reminds me of some Emerson Lake and Palmer. Everything else off this CD was pretty much full speed black metal and I couldn't really get into it. It's almost a shame that a band this talented kinda throws away their impressive technical abilities by constantly blasting the shit out of the listener with mostly gut wrenched screams, machine gun drum beats, and riffs too fast to comfortably follow.

The album was first released in the US on 15th December on Custom Made Music. The label carries a family of shoegaze bands like Ceremony, Screen Vinyl Image, Black Nite Crash, Skywave, Ringo Deathstarr etc.

This is obscure because it's just been released and not well known yet. Jamiroquai's been away for a while. This is dance stuff I prefer. No harsh synthesisers, decent bass, real drums and I don't detect any auto-tune vocals. How novel....

I've always kinda thought of them as a mixture of psychobilly and metal. Guitarist Larry LaLonde was actually one of the founding members of the old pioneering death metal band Possessed back in the 80's. Two very different sounds. Kinda odd how he went from Possessed's 80's thrash sound to Primus without missing a beat.

Haven't heard this one in a long time. Moby Grape was a great bunch of guitarists who put out some good songs during 68--> 69 and then vanished. Had a big contract and everything. They're most known for their hit "Omaha".
