This chick has this dude tied up to a frame with his ankles spread apart and his hands above his head, wearing NOTHING but a rubber Bill Clinton mask. And then she proceeds to... uh... kick his balls up into his throat. And she ain't just playing at it. She's performing a full-on football punt from a running start at times. Actually, MOST of the characters in the game look like the voice actors.
