Exactly how did you go about doing this? I temporarily quoted your post for reference, but I ended up doing this...
1.Go to youtube video
2. hit embed button
3. select "use old embed code" option
4. copy html code
5. paste html code in new post
6. delete everything except the url, including the portion of the url from the "?" to the end of the url
7. copy the remaining url
8. delete the url
9. hit the flash button
10. delete the "200,200" and enter the desired video size
11. paste the embed video url

That's a lot of damned steps. Is there a quicker way?

2. Manually rearrange link as:

3. Hit flash button, paste link...
