well some of his solos are unbelievable. and he had a unique style, only thing kinda similiar was randy rhodes. also he always played below his talent, even on his badass solos.
i like the solo in floods from far beyond
and the art of shredding : )

of course it's all opinion, but his shit sounded so pleasing to the ear

the solos pretty good but short too

that's from cowboys, where there's a lot of treble in the guitar

i guarantee no one here could even come close to playing his solos and having it sound like him

I'm sure that is the case... of course somebody will be like, "pfft easy, I can play his solos" Then they'll put together something that happens to be pretty simple to play. Will be typical.

well then, you should decide on a solo to measure every other by, and no one will have the option of finding a simple one to prove a point.

I suggest the completely awesome solo that's in the middle of "The Sleep"

obviously it's gonna sound different because of all the professional equipment, my friends got a great setup . but no doubt dime plays it , it sounds better

sounds like a challenge, i'd like to see someone put up a valiant effort. if anything you'd learn some nice guitar
the solo from the sleep has seemless transitions that's what i like about it
