I can imagine the problem. Animals are especially involved in their own excretions,in a variety of ways. For instance: stallions who face off at each other and let loose their bowels just to see who can make the biggest pile as a testiment to his superiority.Its a madness,but I understand how that would work in their world as a basis of judging each other assome arcane Grass consumption rate  divided by time and luck. "Look at ME! I have both eaten more than you and what just dropped out behind me scorns your paltry pile fallen from your ribby carcass! LULZ!" instead of fighting hoof to hoof,which still happens anyway. The young bucks wanting a filly or two from the Alpha Male's herd.They say you can identify a Young Buck by how his eyes are crossed from his constant strain of BlueBalls. So they stare each other down,and the guy from Charlies Angels(the original series Charlie himself narrating this one series of nature documentery show that was on late 70s or so) carefully explaining this as two horses in a wide angle shot, one on each side of the screen  and about 50 yards of wild grassland between them. With a clear sky to document every "weight in the scale" in stark contrast. One withdrew...the left one I think. How it was decided between them was not obvious. Seeing a pile of horseshit in a grassland with a fucking HORSE standing in front of it is impressive enough,but agreeing to a calculated scale of who had more? And watching the contest in play make me think...

Apparently you've never been OUTSIDE in the world. There are some people who believe that God created the universe, while still disbelieving EVERYTHING ELSE in the Holy Bible. There are tons of people in prison convicted of first-degree murder who believe that God created the universe, while they apparently overlooked the part that said "Thou shalt not kill."

I was listening to the religious radio the other day on a long drive and I heard some crazy stuff.  Basically the early people in the bible like Noah lived for a thousand years, and then the people started to die quicker and quicker, and the guy correlated it with some type of chemical process that relates to cell decay.  He also said he graphed the lifespan of the people in the bible and the curve is seen in math a lot  Also they noted the cambodian explosion, where trilobites and the likes started getting "normal" animal like features "out of no where".  They also played some type of brainwashing music in the background which was nifty.

To the youtube video below, god is learned through the connection to the holy spirit.  God is useful and practical in nature and provides hope, an answer to all the why questions and the complete explanation.

I contend the above is not a statement that can be made by a thinking person.


"God" is indeed an answer to all the why questions; but is an explanation of nothing.

God is the filler used when an explanation is lacking.


Consider once again, historical attempts to explain the orbits of the planets:

• Genesis: God created the heavens and the earth.  (Neither planets nor orbits specifically mentioned.)
• Ptolemy: (AD 150) Planets' ("wanderers") orbits are epicycles + guided by Zeus.
• Newton: (AD 1700) Planetary orbits are single-body motion + God keeping the orbits stable.
• Laplace: (AD 1800) Planetary motion explained. God-filler non-explanation finally removed. ("I had no need of that hypothesis.")

Prior to Laplace, the "God did it" part of the answer explained NOTHING.

God is a non-explanatory placeholder for "we don't know yet."
