Why would I grace you with an argument when you have yet to give me a viable argument? God bless you.
Eh. Time to jump ship on this thread. Buh bye.

Idk. Maybe I am being a bit hard on these guys. I guess it must be quite hurtful for them to realise that all their hopes and dreams hold less water than a broken glass. Sort of like a kid being told that Santa doesn't really exist - you gotta feel sorry for them.Funny, though, that nearly everyone who has posted on this thread seems to be a religious person... I don't get that. What are they doing on the forum of a computer game that promotes violence and death? I thought their god(s) were all about peace and love.
i probably have a 1% chance of ever winning in duel against you
Precisely; so why do you keep claiming such things are associated with evolution by natural selection?

lol... why would you assume that I am religous? Because I know MUCH more about the concepts of evolution than you do? I am not religious whatsoever.. all I have done is I proved all of your garbage posts wrong, and you didn't say shit. Lets think about that sentence a few times.. You(tubby) kept trying to relate everything with natural selection for the last few pages: PROBLEM IS, ALL of your examples were wrong, because you haven't the slightest idea what the hell you are talking about. I have already proved this several times. Armor was wrong about you not having a viable argument, you have had NO argument at all the entire time. It's just been me wasting my time on someone(you) who is either trolling my rather hard, and succeeding, OR you have some kind of psychological disorder. Since there is nothing you can say to my posts, EVER, because I leave you practically no avenue to argue with FACTS, you usually try to quote a single sentence from my post and take it out of context. Guess what, you still fail miserable at that too.
Here's a thought:God...is but a perspective. An outlook ,viewpoint, something that can see a situation from any and all angles, and knows the outcome of all probabilities. And so seeing all,it may consider "us" as abstract:only vaguely connected to itself but still real enough to be interested in our odd existance to kibbitz on occasion. Like when Bugs Bunny gives Elmer Fudd an exploding cigar...we watch the explosion and LAUGH,but to Elmer the pain is real, the embarassment profound and his rage justified. But only as justified as someone who is trying to gun down another sentient life form on the flimsiest of pretexts: Its Wabbit Season! Perspective. watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_B4Z1PB97KY&playnext=1&list=PL882BD31FE8DC5868Its from Peter Brooks Mahabharata: Krishna talks to Prince Arjuna. Krishna is supposedly God incarnated,Vishnu the flavour du jour. And this production of this ancient story made me really appreciate this Holy Man.Why?Because he's a lying cheating cocksucker. But he lies, and cheats and ruthlessly manipulates those around him soley for the benefit of the Big Picture, like a God would...elements of the abstract dancing to his schemes, for an ultimate end.To those of us who cannot concieve of that Big Picture its grossly unfair. But fairness is but another illusion. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcB-MuaU03k&feature=related

It's just not about that..I'll speak for myself, that I enjoy the fun that this game brings, and all the characters. Mainly I choose to play this game because I can constantly improve in different areas of the game. For the most part I have just as much fun losing as winning, as I like the critical moment of retaking control, or trying to play without control well. I never think of quake 2 as a violent game, more just a strategy game with friends. I believe this applies to almost everyone who plays team death match, and I'd guess every other mod as well. So tell me where the violence promotion and death comes in, as the game we play does not revolve around that in the slightest.
