vote: railz map rotation changes

don't know how long the vote is going for and i have been advertising on railz. trying not to spam it too much though cause i may get into trouble, but other players there have to know about this vote

Haven't been any new votes in awhile.

I consider most of the results too close to call.

However, these look like they'll be removed from the rotation:

geikdm5 - REMOVE
zethersra1 - REMOVE
stadium - REMOVE

These maps will still be in mymap (except zethersra1, since it causes players to be booted from the server due to some texture issue.)

lol honestly... its the loud minority on this poll i think

i never really notice people hating on stadium when its up... its a really good map for variety for those players who have a better long range game too... dunno why you would remove it

the votes have spoken thats why there was a vote to begin with. i am happy for quadz to say keep the maps that r close although i would love to see tltf removed, but i am happy at the ones being removed. now bring on the new map choices

lol there is like... 18 votes total for stadium... with a lot more than 18 players that frequent railz... and i bet some of those 18 that voted, dont evne really play railz

votes on a forum poll dont really represent a casual community of players whom most of which dont even know about this poll

that may be the case that is why i was advertising the poll at every chance i had when railz server was full. some did come and vote, others probably couldn't be bothered signing up to vote. if all the regualrs voted i can garantee tltf would be out cause everyone leaves when it is on, and stadium is probably the most single complained about map in the rotation, that and zetha and tltf, so maybe the polls do reflect an accurate feeling about the maps being voted out

everyone complains about every map... its instagib lol what does it matter? some maps suck, but its not like its a huge deal... its over in a couple minutes... and every map in rotation has some people who like it lol for instance i hate komit, and travolta loves it... most people hate gladdm1, you love it lol

I play rails and I like tltf.  I'm just one of many players but that is my opinion.

I would agree with you here.  Like meadow for instance, I really am sick of that map, yet I have seen a few people vote that map for play in the last few days.

As stated, some people like a map other hate them.  How can we get to a rotation once again were people don't leave the server cold and dead?

Simple solution, don't leave when you see a map you don't like or aren't winning anymore.

Both of those are the most common reasons I see for people disconnecting en masse.
