It's good, but if I had to give up either fish or beef for the rest of my life, I'd wave goodbye to fish.

Maybe in the future they can crossbreed species to where a cow will have gills and live in the water, then the beef will take on a really tender flaky texture. Mmmmm, mutant cattle.

Here's a few.

1> Pan fried talapia with ramen noodles, hand mixed chocolate shake on the side.

The breading is just basic breadcrumbs, little canola oil, and fry forever on a medium temp till they almost fall apart.
The noodles are chicken flavor, touched up with butter and cayenne pepper.

2> Home made pizza, mozzarella as well as a 6 cheese blend. Banana peppers the only other topping on this one.

3> Awesome grilled cheeses, disgusting american cheese with a nice deli honey ham middle.

4> Veggie pizza (cold)

My wifes creation, but I chopped all the veggies. It's flattened/cooked crescent roll crust, and topped with a cream cheese ranch dressing packet mix.
Veggies are.. onion, black olive, yellow sweet pepper, broccoli, tomato, cucumber, and I don't remember what else... it's a hazy blur of chopping motions.
Oh, and cheddar cheese.

Oops, those are big. Thought they were all the veggie pizza size.. oh well

My special red potato recipe which consists of grilled onions, garlic, spices, bacon and little chopped up gourmet red idaho potatos with yellow flesh fried up ever so nicely in half of the bacon fat left over from doing the 6 pieces of hickory smoked goodness that I broke up into the dish before it was done.

In this instance I served the potatos over top of a couple cuts of filet mignon that I sliced thin, seared up, then baked in the oven to about medium.

I prefer this one with a strong bourbon on rocks.

Just got a huge/deep Calphalon pan I have yet to try out.

Went out this morning and caught some fish for dinner. Both fish are the same species and sex but have different colored bodys/meat. Very good eating fish.

I eat fish around three times a week during the season. Say February through December

or roughly 120 times per year

. Snack on fish jerky and smoked salmon throughout the winter canned Albacore Tuna etc.
