How will you prepare it? Across the pond and down south there is a 98.75% chance it sees a charcoal bed or some type grilling method.

P.S. That is one heavy duty meat clever. Can you legally posses one of those in England?

We just cooked it with olive oil in a frying pan. Could not be arsed with waiting around for the grill (ours is exceptionally bad)

I'm not sure about the legality, it's been in the family for a while though and yes it is rather heavy!

I have always wondered what fresh smoked salmon glazed with honey and pepper toward the end of the process would taste like..... heavenly, I imagine....

blackened, baked, fried, smoked, raw.... Fish is the shit. My favorite smoked fish is marlin/any other kind of billfish.
