There was butter slathered all over that spud, it just didnt show up good on the camera phone. Can't stand cheese and bacon on my tater. Sour cream is ok though.

i like em plain! I've always thought that the consistency / taste of the potato compliments a juicy steak well on it's own.

2x Baked Potatoes
Green Beans Sauteed with almonds

Apple Dumplings ala mode (vanilla bean) for dessert.

Yesterday afternoon I came across a leg of lamb on sale so the adventure started there and jehar lived through it!
