I think A1 is excusable on roast beef either on a sandwich or just a hunk off the roast. Not on a steak though. You pay enough for a cut of meat in any kind of steak that you'd probably rather taste the meat and not some cheap sauce thats made mostly of taste-overpowering vinegar.
