Actually I think the "fish pedo" remark is regards to bonz comment about Derv's pic where he's holding up a stringer of 3 or 4 catfish with a shit eating grin on his face. I'd probably have the same look on my face too after hauling home that many eaters. Them sumbitches are good fried up with some beer batter and montreal steak seasoning.

So back to the topic....
The question of whether nades should be on that server is self-evident. The fact that you can switch to nades means it was set up that way. I will usually switch to nades there just for fun and will usually get 3 reactions:

1) Others will pick up on it and will start throwing them as well. These people tend to have a sense of rumor.
2)  Some people will get really angry and try to target just you.
3) The rest will ignore you and continue to rail, considering you a mild annoyance.

If you play nades seriously there is a real art to them. There's the different timing of the throw related to damage inflicted. And many types of shots from direct hit, wall bounce, floor bounce and ticking bomb. And on rails you're at a distinct disadvantage when you're up against an instant firing weapon with 800 damage.

Anyway if it's a problem just disable the grenades.

Actually, I think that grenades should be removed from the server because it's the Railz server.
Not that I would find it annoying, it's just that the name would be misleading, you know?

Hey, the Grenades have their advantages, too.
When I go up against a Railer anywhere I go up close to mess up their aim, and then I back up to throw a Grenade. The Grenade's explosion should mess up their vision and aim for a few seconds, so I then repeat the process to the side of him.
Then usually he's dead.

i dont mind skilled players using nades -.- that know how to use them... that will go for direct hits, will cook the grenades, will actually TRY to kill people with them...

its the noobs that just spam them that are annoying as fuck :/ those stray grenades from a high place or just from an idiot running around, they wont hit you, but the splash damage will throw off your shots if you pull the trigger at the same time which happens all too often...

the worst part is, the noobs that hand nade on the railz server MOSTLY dont just do it because they think hand nades are fun, they do it because they want a less humiliating loss where they can say "oh its ok that i lost by 39, i was only using hand grenades" and its obvious thats what they are doing too because you can join up and spec for awhile, they will be rail only... you hop in, start raping them, and they switch to hand grenades once its too far gone for them to win, and the same thing next map, and the map after... its pathetic and irritating
