End of the video mentions the USC 2257. Dunno how many people are aware of this, but this was actually a policy ushered through on the back of Anti-Drug laws during the "war on drugs" in the late 80's. I mean I'm all in favor of making laws that enable them to prosecute people federally for child pornography bullshit, but how it was packaged in with drug policy is quite telling about the mindset of the majority of people at that time. I dunno really though. Maybe they had precedence and reason for it, like maybe they uncovered some kinda nefarious child porn ring where people kidnapped kids, kept them doped up on heroin, and forced them to suck cock at take it up the ass in front of a camcorder. But what really sucks is how they have sometimes misused and poorly applied this law. Had a buddy back in the late 90's that ran a few porn sites. He just did it looking to make a few extra bucks on the side, same as a lot of dudes. He didn't have a lawyer or anything, thought nothing of it. He'd collect shit from around the internet and post it to his site. Well he ended up posting pictures he got from somewhere else on the internet to his site. The girl looked young, but he figured she wasn't a "child". It was never proven that this girl was not 18, but some obscenity watchdog group objected to it and called the authorities to report it. He (along with several other people who had posted these same images) didn't have the proper documentation to prove that the person in question was 18 or older. He ended up getting convicted of possession and distribution of child pornography, had to become a registered sex offender, and was no longer allowed to have the use of the internet anymore. Hehe, kinda bullshit, just a wee little bit. They've reworked the laws covering internet and what makes a person liable to charges over such things in the past several years, and last I heard, he was trying to appeal the conviction and clean his record. Doubt it'll happen.

My wife asked me today if I saw Jennifer Lawrence's new hair because it's a short due.
