I tweaked the maplist for the splatterfest... i just forgot about the limit entirely...

feel welcome to join the Sunday Night Custom Map Nirvana event, where we play and test out all the custom maps that are being released for ETQW.

I think that sometime in the near future we should join into this event in place of a splatterfest. I'm not sure that we have too many ET:QW players, but it would be worth spending a single weekend on. I'm pretty sure that the game will not run on any of my home machines, so I may sit that one out, but as long as we get friar (and I believe Dervish plays too) then we have a healthy representation of the TS community.

As for this weekend, anyone want to do some QPONG?

The maplist you had set up was pretty cool though. I just had to wield the admin hammer to restart a new map the first time around.

Weird.. I changed the level to qpong2 i believe it is. It followed the qpong series for a couple maps and then it went to a few that were named differently. It then went back to qpong1 after the rotation was complete.

could they maybe have their "nextmap" properties filled out that way?

Sorry about that, I didn't get the chance to make mention of it earlier today. Due to Quake Con (and me being out and about most of today) no splatter fest.

We've got a pretty good event coming up though.

Married or "Happy" TDM!

Husbands and wives on one team. Single people, eligible bachelors, and WOW players on the other.

Depending on how soon everyone can play (and install quake 2 on their wive's computers) we may even be able to kick this off next week. Please anyone let the Happy Friar or myself know if you are interested in duking it out with the duchesses.

sorry all, it's been one hell of a busy august!

I spent all weekend working on my movie for the 48 hour film contest.

But I love the idea of married vs everything else match. Is there enough REAL married couples on this board to make that even work or will me, peeweee & jehar get out asses handed to us by our wives?
