Thanks. I found the older version of Blender. But I am not out of the woods yet.  :'(
Does anyone have a help file or tutorial for the Quake Modeller programme? I found the file originally at ModDB, yet nothing else with it.  :???:

Quake / Quake II preferred TC tools

I've read through some of the forums, but can't find the answer.
Here is the basic question:
What model editor works now, in 2011, to make md2 models from scratch? What editor do you use?
In 2000 I used a combination of True Space and Milkshape. True Space is now free but hangs on Windows7. Milkshape is no longer on PlanetQuake. I found another Milkshape, is this any good?  :???:

As a side note, I found QuArk to make maps, and I'm happy with it. Still since I have done nothing for Quake in ten years, there too I'm obviously open for suggestions for an efficient map editor. All we will do is stuff for Quake II, nothing else.

Thanks, MCS_FaderJok0 and Sgt. Dick. I'm following the forums right here. There is a lot of info - wow.  :notworthy:

Just as well start here. Hank is simply my every day nick name.
Why am I here? Learning how to make SP maps and tinker a bit with the AI.

Yes, I'm very late for this. But I had to make a living, now I can follow my hobbies.  :smiley_abkg: and I love those smilies   :yessign:
