It could be a problem caused by a corrupted bsp override file on the server.. Now that I think of it there might have been one made to correct the jump pad trajectory.I mention this because in the worldspawn there's a key/value pair to control the rotation of the sky and it's rate, and if this was set too fast it could possibly create the smeared visual mess that was happening to the 5-6 players who were there at the time.
The greatest good is the highest priority.
Problem 1--You can mymap ‘your map’ but this does not work because it is not anonymous and therefore stating that ‘I’ am going to beat you on this map I mymapped and players will play accordingly.
A strong suggestion would be to make the rotation a combination of all the previous rotations on mutant and leave it at that.
Dm – I miss q2dm1 but the rotation of quad on and quad off is excellent.

the servers have arenaquad (which is fun) but the quad,backpack, rail in middle and ra under stairs is not q2dm1-- the balance has been disrupted
