Hi guys, thanks for the comments! Wow, I'm surrounded by bass players!! Beautiful instruments all around! A strange thing happened to me the other night; I loaded up Q2 and went to the railz server and I could only stand to be there for a couple of seconds. It made me dizzy!! That has never happened before with any video game! Odd huh, can it be that I'm just getting old (31)? Sigh, I'll give it another shot after work tonight. Oh, here are a couple more of my babies:

Hey Element, I know, I love the Ukulele too! That video in Central Park was the final straw in my Ukulele purchase. Once I saw that I had to buy one! I've had it since November and I am having trouble with it. My fingers are far too big for it! Mine is a Soprano Uke so I may have to move up to a larger one; perhaps a Tenor or something like in the video? It is much different then a guitar with the bass string being in the middle and the highs in the edges. I've been having a blast with it. It is nice and portable and I've taken it on a couple of airplane flights and even to work a couple of times! Hi Reflex, it's too bad you had to get the Lester get away. I bet she was a fine guitar. Do you still play?

That looks like a nice guitar, I love the NY mini humbuckers and I have a set of those in my Elitist Sheraton. My only Gibson is an ES-335 the Les Pauls that I have are all Epiphones. They are of the Elitist series which uses materials and craftsmanship that approach or meet the custom shop 3k jobbies. The Electronics in those Guitars are all USA made by Gibson so the only difference is the Epis are made in Japan. Rumor has it that Epiphone is going to discontinue the Elitist line and they have already cut down on the various finishes offered. If you want an awesome Les Paul for the price of a Good strat you really should check out the Elitists!

Yes Svet - I still got it. Its not particularly valuable. You would have to get back into the 60's and 50's for that. Here's a link on collector desirability and value. Other brands are there as well.
