always wondered, i'm to scared to type goto without knowing what i'm getting into O_o

the sheridan server is an homage to an old server called sheridan that ran only the..the...the.. dammit the big sp map that has the big valley with all the ledges running all over the place on the outside.

mutant is all custom maps.

Sheridan is just too long of a game for me, but mutant rox.

Like mentioned Sheridan is a FFA game on the city1 map but it has some mod edits to it.

Blasters shoot instant green lasers (including Hyperblaster)

Power screen is replaced with powershield. Powershield is a very powerful armor upgrade.

The whole object is not to die... which some people don't understand?

The server keeps track of high score and high streak. If you beat a high score or streak your name will be listed on the score board till the score is beaten again. This is why the timelimit is so high.

When educated players play each other on the server it normally produces long epic battles. Which I enjoy...

Funny - I joined the mutant server the other day, I was expecting crazy monsters and mutant things jumping out at me.

Wow, none of us mentioned the spinkick.

On sheridan, bind a key to spinkick.

Execute it faceing a person close enough, and you roundhouse their butt across the room.
They drop whatever weapon they were holding.

Never tried it..

Been edited. You don't drop your weapon after being spinkicked.

spinkick is lame in general. thus why I didn't mention it.

The only problem I have with playing on mutant is some when dork joins and mymaps q2dm8

I would like to see some new maplists too, can I send you something console? just a nice random mix maybe two or three rotations?

we can fix that up in no time!

but that is what the mymap is for

and btw what is usually a server clearer is someone mymapping a bfgfest map

but that can be fun too (but there is a limit)

mutant is where you can mymap all the maps( non mod specific ) must be a good 200 on the list

Agreed, mutant's great map selection is superior and is the best TS server anti-lag wise for me in Minnesota - it rivals the old backshooters L2 server in that way imho

What I do have a problem with is: the guy that shows up and mymaps any stock maps currently in rotation on any number of TS servers.
