Anyone can beta test for Microsoft, most of the beta software is open to everyone, you just sign up. It's not only your spelling or grammar that makes you look stupid, it's your idiotic comments.

What are you 14 years old? This is a Quake2 forum... Nobody claims to be a hacker on here, and even if they did, why would anyone care to DoS you? Using a dynamic IP service make you appear even lamer, those things were only useful back in the days of dial up.

BTW, I managed to reinstall my OS and much of my stuff last night, after I was forced to reformat to wipe away the tainted files that IE7 left in my windows folder that could not be overwritten during windows setup.

It's amazing to me that the toughest piece of malware I've ever had to cleanse, came straight from MS, bypassed my McCafee Viruscan, and didn't even exist as far as spybot was concerned!
I just can't wait for Vista!

I have IE 7 installed but i don't have the problems you are having my computer runs just fine. The only problem i have is logging off TS forum when i won't too.

IE7 wrecked my crap. Not in a BAD way, just little things like severe web surfing slowdowns.
But after 957,453 reboots all seems fine now. Except for my WMP. It seems to be missing codecs I know it used to have.
