gl_modulate can be a lot higher than 2.

yeah it can be... but I'm pretty sure the gloom mod has a cap. It's the only one I can think of though..

edit: The newer version of LOX has a day/night feature but I haven't seen any info on a brightness/gl_modulate cap to insure that people are really "in the dark"...

I have to agree after playing the game for so long u pick things up like jumps despite previous posts thats the game you dont like it Cold go to another MOD stop trying or blow your computer up either way stop complaining jump into tourney at 3 in the morning and learn to jump thats wat i do(NO LIFE

and on the hole Newbi topic im not a newb ive been playing for years(HAVENT PLAYED IN A WHILE) and im only starting to pick some of these jumps and stuff up now its how it goes. i prolly wouldnt be able to land a rocket on some of the players that play but im still having fun!!!

n e way stop bitching and jump into Xatrix HAVE FUN thats what this games was made for

is it implying that the script kiddie sucks and can't spell. i'm sure my sense of humor sucks, although it did make me laugh

from what a gather, most people considered script kiddies by hackers now a days, know an awful lot of shit, and probably be smart enough to write your own hacks!

the coolest book i seen , hands down, was shellcoders handbook , and hacking exposed
you know the shellcoders shit, and you could hack with the best of them

it has all that shit about fuzzers, and buffer overflows. to bad it's far beyond my ability to program. i've taken four classes in c, and done some on my own, but haven't in years

you give me a network however, even if it's load balanced failover to different places on earth, i'm sure you could still dos it easily
