The only request I would have for the third one is to knock the Quad and Invul out of play. Winner should = best Fragger, not best Quader.
Just my 2 cents though. I'm going to play either way.

Yes it would take a lot longer. But that's the whole point of a 500. It's an endurance match.

I know this is the "YES I AM IN" thread.

However, The last TS500 I could not log in, as my console said " unknown command "
when I entered the password.

Does someone know what up wit dat ?

I'm amazed that the thread made it this far without being corrupted.
If Plastik was still around, I doubt he'd give a shit that we were using "his" idea.

It was a good idea and it's a fun event so I doubt anyone is gonna let Kobra's bullshit make it any less entertaining.

btw, sunday the 29th sounds good for me, and the I think the Quad should be included. The invulnerability kinda defeats the point of having a frag fest, but the quad is designed for it. Anyone who is too much of a puss to steal the quad back from a quadwhore over the course of 2 hours should stop playing quake2 and take up minesweeper or solitaire or something equally lame, and leave the fraggin up to people who have nuts.

If you can't get over shady people using timers, go play q4. I really don't care if people are using them as long as they can play without wallhax and aimbots and spiked models.
