and ordered a couple of new guitars!! I have been longing for a good acoustic guitar for while now and I finally pulled the trigger.

Hey Adam, thanks, I am so excited right now and I can't wait!! Argh...I also bought my 7 year old Nephew a 3/4 scale acoustic for his forthcoming birthday. He's going to be so surprised. Are you still playing?

Not nearly as much as i'd like, I dont know why but I dont feel up to learning from internet sites and tabs on the internet, so i've just been playing small things I already know every once in a while if I feel like a 'jam', once I get sorted in college and settled with my course, i'm going to get involved in some lessons and really give it a go.

Nice one on giving your Nephew a guitar for his birthday, i'm sure he'll love it!

Svet, those are bitchin guitars. I love playing telecasters, because you can plug them into almost anything and get huge tone.

did i show you my recent guitar purchase?

It's my baby. I pretty much stopped playing my les pauls.

I have pretty much lost all interest in any electrics, except for a Telecaster, thanks for putting something else into my mind to spend money on

The only guitar I have now is a roundback Applause I bought while shopping for a roundback Ovation about 10 years ago.

Price was better on the Applause, but now I'm tempted to go guitar shopping again.

That had to have been so much fun!

I still got my 72 Gibson Les Paul. Had it since that year. Very easy to play but the PAF pickups are too clean for me. Also after 30+ years of playing it needs a re-fret badly.

You bought a Martin? Those are the best. I have all those CSN&Y songs dancing in my head when I think of vintage Martins.

Hi guys, the Martin arrived yesterday. This thing is a phenomenal instrument; it is such a blast to play and the sustain seems to ring out forever! Hey Noc, I love the finish on that guitar!! Dukie, please don't remind me on the chunk of change I just dropped!! Haha, it's worth every penny though. Recycled, wow, that's a long time to hang on to a guitar for. I plan on keeping this Martin and I've had my Strat for about 15 years now. Yikes, has it been that long already?!?

Anyway, here is a pic of the Martin: PS. The Tele is set to arrive next week.

OMG Recycled, 72 was a great year for Gibson. I had a 72 les paul with origional humbuckers..
Picked it up for 400 off a buddy of my dads, guy gave it as collateral and never came back.

SHOULD NO THAVE RESOLD IT!!!! I miss it so....

I loved the frets on mine.. hardly there at all, real easy to play. Had a nice kayhler(SP?)
tuning knobs at the base and a lock system up top. Sold it for a grand and 2 other guitars....

Can STILL remember the seriel.. 70808600

Rumored to have been used by ZZ top.. but fat chance of finding out.

Well the Tele is here and OMG!! I had to cut off all of the Fender supplied strings and lace her up with some much heavier steel. Wow, such tone and how I missed that tele sound. She sure is a beauty too. Well I've been up all night and I must get to bed. I will post more later.

Hi guys, the picture is large so you have to use the scroll to see it entirely. Hi Bunny, you're right that is a Toshiba TV. I was going to get the 42 inch model but the top of that set was far to narrow to support my center speaker so I bought a 50 inch one. Anyway, perhaps some browser don't support scrolling so I shrunk the image and reloaded. Enjoy
