Per-map FPH stats

Finally wrote a parser to pull FPH stats from FFA server logs:

Currently these go back to 2008 (quirks in the logfile format prior to then require alternate parsing.)

PS. Dunno if you care to "sanitize" things to such a degree, but I'm pretty sure this person got busted for flagrant cheating and was probably doing so when this game was played.

I'd forgotten the details until searching, but that one was Fader goofing around with a customized client version string:

But in general, if some known cheater did get into the FPH stats, I'd be up for adding some code to scrub a list of banned names from the stats.

Unfortunately there's not enough info in the logs to figure that out for dm2 - dm6.

But dm7 and dm8 don't have a quad option, and the quad-free dm1 version shows up in the stats as q2dm1-unmodified.

So you can get quadless stats for those three maps, at any rate.




Edit: Actually the info might be in the server logs after all, due to the rcon command from wallfly to change dmflags before the map. Hmmmmmmmm.

Ahh ok that makes sense. I expected to see my name on the q2dm1 list, but I've barely ever played the map with quad.. Nor do I go for it when I did.

Thanks for the info on those maps. I made q2dm7 as d00med. Pretty sure that was me as I used a couple of variations using 00 back then and I remember using that one. Sad that I didn't get on q2dm8 as that's one of my favorites haha.

The q2dm1-unmodified has higher fph than the q2dm1 for some reason. Unless I'm missing something there. All the q2dm1 stats seem to be from 2008, but that may be accurate since q2dm1 heavy players were more prominent then from the dueling scene. Interesting.

The plain q2dm1 dates back before q2dm1-arenaquad and q2dm1-unmodified were introduced as separate overrides.

It's hard to gauge what exactly was going on with plain 'q2dm1' in 2008 as I think various experiments were tried for awhile.

So I'd just focus on stats for q2dm1-arenaquad vs. q2dm1-unmodified.

It's the only way to be sure.
