So let me get this shit straight: dervish can justify bugging the hell out of other players because according to him:  a) They can't aim unless someone directly chases them  b) They shouldn't run away when health is low or ammo runs out   c) They shouldn't try so hard (lol) d)  They shouldn't use anything that looks like an iR tag.

Anything else on you wish list?  I can and will comply with  d)  but the rest of what you're saying is bogus and you know it. You just get frustrated. Happens when we play videogames and want to win.

Look, man, I'm not "listing" anything and I'm not "saying" anything "bogus". I challenge you to scroll back through this thread and quote one instance in which I called into question your playing style. The only issue I've had is the clan tag one. However the hell you wanna play, go for it. Doesn't bother me at all. You wanna shit talk with Derv, have fun. It ain't none of my concern, and contrary to what you may think, I'm not gonna dogpile someone just because everyone else in my clan is. If I've got something to say to somebody, I'll say it. Otherwise, I let people say whatever they wanna say and have their own unique opinions. I don't care and won't care. When I feel like joining in, maybe I will. Probably won't, but if I do, I'll at least have the decency to not spoof your name or anyones clan tag.

Tastyspleen admins aside if anyone so desperately wants to know what people are talking about or change their names to in-game then they should come in the server so that at least those people are aware of their presence. In all the years that people have been playing Q2 nobody gave a fuck about what other players where saying about them, ofc it was happening but we simply had no way of knowing and basicly couldn't care less. And it was good. If you had a problem with someone you had to wait till you saw that person again so you could continue the bickering or talk it out.
Browse this forum and you'll often find that quotes from ts-live (even old ones) are enough to get things going and once again it proves to be a feeding ground for e-drama. I'm willing to bet that most players don't even know or realize that every word they type and even their "private" chat is displayed in a public IRC channel, visible to people who aren't even in the server and who aren't admining any tastyspleen servers. Other than a useful feature for admins to keep track of things in real-time at quadz's TS servers  what real purpose does it serve other people? You all claim not to care (big lie) so why would you even care about what some newbs say about after you leave. I already mentioned I sometimes say stuff after arrogant people leave to lure them back because I know they'll see it even though they're not in the fucking server.

Panjoo, idk how many times I've hit 30 on the dm server with you with 10 or less kills then me getting bored and leaving, and then seeing you in ts-live saying that I left because I was afraid to play on on x map. LOL. Not only am I unafraid to play someone on x stock dm map, but it is self-flattery to the EXTREME that you think you'd be capable of causing such behavior from me. All that I know of you, is that you whine after losing.. and apparently blame your play style on ping from your posts on this thread.

Totally the same with me. Can't tell you how many times I've joined up DM or vanilla, win a few maps, not say a word, goto jump when a map I don't like comes up, and the guy always has to invite some condescending comment about how scared I am or how much of a pussy I am, which is a straight up lie.

I actually never look at ts-live these days. Every odd month or so I'll be drunk and I ctfl+f for "haunted" in ts-live. It cracks me up how many times I get raped, carried, and abuse my tourney admin privs over time without ever using quake2. This is somewhat amusing to me, and sometimes I'll copy and paste it in irc in hope of mutual amusement. People do things similar to that, as in if x "newb"(your words) talks silly crap on haunted, I'll paste it to him because his reaction will be funny. if you say my name, then it'll beep me in irc and people will often bring my attention to snide/hilarious statements such as the one's you make.

I'll amend my words by saying that I "know" that you are a decent map maker as well. I should have said in my individual experience, this is what I know of your actions, etc.

The shit on the forum we had in a "dusty past" was in essence the same thing as this. Some dude on Vanilla a second ago was spoofing iR tags. Warned them about it, they removed it. Then a little later, they decide to spoof |iR|Happy, a known iR member. Didn't get a condump of it. I figure logs are just as good. Just look for whatevers at about 5:25pm EST on Vanilla. I recommend mandatory chemical castration for disciplinary action. The world will breathe a sigh of relief knowing he won't reproduce his inferior genes.
