I think the clan name was (DZ).  They were the most talented clan I remember seeing, they were awesome at Teams.

Dz and k9 were awesome from the pre-2003 post-(thresh/immortal/deathrow days). b|d, a top old school clan that was revived in 2005 for q2/q4 that included dahang, scooby, mik3d, and original member redeye is worth a mention, but competitive q2 was dead by that time.

I've seen a Jimmy{KEA} around recently. He's a new one, not from the old days. I have no idea who "recruited" him to KEA, possibly Beaver or the other mystery person who changes his name all the fuckin' time.

Jimmy is Nitro. Afaik he's old kea but I can't confirm. He's tagged as kea since like 2016 when he started playing again and was my regular duel partner for a few years. Can ask him on discord I guess. Definitely the best player I've ever seen use the kea tag.

Never looked at those before that was a fun waste of time looking over them. I've never seen most of those maps and a ton only have a handful of high scores so it clearly isn't just rotation. That being said, out of 339 maps, I'm in the top 10 on 69 of them (multiple times on a lot) and the #1 spot on 12, just referencing commonly known names and not random one off aliases. Nice little ego boost.

In alpha's defense, he is definitely on the lists there. He is #1 on a single map "dm1sol" with 442 fph. Looks like it isn't a popular map though with the fph being so low. He's lower ranked on several other maps with a similar fph.

Not trying to be some chest-beating TDM douchebag, but in all honesty, from what little I've seen of you, you aren't a very formidable opponent at this game.

I will absolutely be a chest-beating TDM douchebag. Beav is fucking terrible at the game. TDM/Duel he is well below average. Even just instagib, which is what he focused on for years, he falls extremely short losing to me 124/45 on 2box4 in a 10m game (twice in a row) when I was largely inactive and haven't really played a lot of instagib for years.

Anyway all this drama is pretty funny considering its over a second rate clan with almost no good players (Jimmy/nitro being the exception IMO) that doesn't do anything. I always saw KEA is just a noob tag and could instantly write off anyone who tagged up with it. That basically hasn't changed in the past 10 years.

Also, because it is funny and adds fuel to the fire: I think zether has better combat skills than beav with the little bit I shot around with him on a tdm server one night.

I didn't realize until just now how much he was impacted by not being liked in a game he quit playing a long time ago. If hes constantly reminded about how some people who he didn't get along with were better than him at a video game he doesn't play anymore, some bad things may happen and I really don't want to push anyone to that point.

This shit started because some one was digging around the old nadl page and found a dumb joke that haunted posted on an official tournament page poking fun of me and kyuss, so I provided context that it was haunted who did it because he doesn't like me or kyuss, and is absolutely obsessed with both of us for some reason. I didn't just bring him up out of the blue because he doesn't occupy any of my mind space when it comes to quake. The only association in my mind with haunted is that hes a forum troll with some mental health problems and today I started connecting dots and have become very concerned about him.
