To clarify, I haven't watched the demo yet, nor taken any punitive action. So my comment is only in the context of IP/player history. So yes, it appears to be Darky; but as for botting, there seems to be some disagreement among those who have watched the demo so far.

as far as i had observed bots and cheats usually are from

1. Brazil (bot capital)
2. Sweden ( ahemm you know who)

Just watched the demo in the OP:

not a single instance that is even remotely suspicious, let alone indicative of cheats.

Around 30 seconds into the demo, I was already pretty certain he wasn't wallhacking.. I ended up turning the demo off around 3/4 of the way through just because I felt it was pointless to watch any further. I didn't see a single suspicious thing during the entire demo... not even once. It seems like a sub-par hpb with sensitivity not even as high as mine is. I only even use a few square inches of my small mousepad...
