After months of working 6 nights a week,and storms and distraction,I am starting to assemble the strips at long last.This is Strip One,Panel one,sans dialogue. I have enough bits for 3 whole strips,or so I hope,and the first dozen will be relearning the craft for me all over again. But this is what I'm aiming for at least...seeing what can be done to isolate the figures from the background now...and making it all work. All undiscovered country to me,but I'll take you all on the journey with me.

The strips have made it to the site today,and I am preparing an assortment of junk for various other sections...including THIS true story from the depths of time in Highschool Computer science!

Now the experiment begins...I will see just how fast I can knock out strips. I have the artwork for #5 drawn and scanned,and now I'll process it and assemble the results before drawing more. After # 6 the scene changes and I won't have the luxury of recycling the scenery as I have for these first strips. But the plot will be further revealed and the shit will hit the fan spectacularly!

Haven't had a lot of computer time lately,and when I have been near mine,I've been awake for 24 -36 hours in a row,so I cannot expect a lot of constructive time for new strips. However,I have been hitting the sketchbook in the places I have been forced to hang out for hours at,and managed to churn out some passable comics as Roughs,the new subsection of the Comics page. The first story explored...the SnowGlobe.

Did another update to the Snowglobe story,it spans over 30 pages and no end in sight...now I am attempting to promote it! The above is a banner I just made..468 by 60 pixels? Is this the 21st century? I forget. I will be brave and get a facebook page eventually,but for now I am running around Second Life putting up adboards to get the word out and possibly traffic. There was a way of seeing who visited my site and how many hits and such it got,but its been so long I forgot where to look for it. Anyway here is a direct link to the SnowGlobe storyline...enjoy!

Been a while since anything was dumped in here...so I'll dump this:

The Heart of Blizzards

Since I can sell prints of my artwork through DeviantArt,I am endevoring to make a trio of Great Works to get people noticing me and my stuff. I have been able to keep up a once a week upload of a new strip every week for over a month and a half,and I managed to make a backlog of strips that will free me to work on these sorts of things...complex bookcoverlike illustrations suitable for wall hanging,made of chunks like this fine fellow here. He's the Big Monster Jeremey will eventually have to deal with,and more bits will appear here as I pop them out. Hopefully this one will be out by Christmas...but lets see.

Has it been a year?
Well,it has,and my site is still there,and despite having my IP through a cellphone I am still making periodic uploads to it. With each new strip the art has been improving,the story more conviluted and involved,the plot creeping along,and the bulk of these strips unsellable in book form,especially the early ones. Originally these were to be done fast and furious,since I have little free time to draw each element seperately and hammer them into newspaper sized strips as I planned,being forced to spend time in bowling alleys and waiting rooms for long hours. The more produced strips I will return to someday,and before the present storyline peters out too,but for now here's a small sampling of the latest and greatest of them...

That should be enough to whet your appetites. Also,I have added Forums to the main page. Little there,and considering the only people to join are spam artists,I am decidedly uninspired to do much with it now. But...maybe I'll add a TastySpleen free for all section or something...just be nice if you decide to haunt those desolate areas...
