A lot of bleeding hearts try to cite the social inequalities for the above being true.  Taking out a persons knowledge of right and wrong and just saying they're a product of their environment is bullshit if you ask me.    If that's the case, how come everyone in their neighborhood isn't in jail for similar laws broken?
