Alright so, here is how it goes.

Ingredients:

uh, £3 worth of Chorizo.
4 Chicken breasts
2 small tubs of mascapone cheese.
salt
pepper
enough pasta for 4 people

chop the chorizo into small cubes, slightly less than a cm each perhaps. and slice up the chicken however you like. put a little oil in a saucepan and get it hot, dump the chorizo in and cook it until a fair amount of the delicious red oil has seeped out from the chorizo. then throw the chicken in, continue cooking until the chicken is done. at this point, add both tubs of mascapone cheese and melt it in, continue to cook on high heat for a further 10 minutes and the beautiful red oil will mix in with the mascapone, the mascapone will reduce into a thick sauce and it will seep into the chicken. cook and drain ya pasta and serve with some crusty bread, these pics suck dick and dont remotely do it justice but gg camera phone. when its done, you're looking for a peachy hue and at that point, cook it for a further 5-10 for more flava. I have yet to have a bad word about this dish.

God damn Misery, those pics gave me a raging hard-on

....Fried fish is a huge WIN, and fried fish that you actually caught/cut up etc = double WIN

....I can't fucking wait to get out on the lake this spring and restock my freezer...hopefully this year I do a bit better and can catch enough to last until next spring when I stop fishing in octoberish each year....last year was good, just kinda fell short and only had enough stockpiled to last til the end of january

....I also didn't get out on the lake too much last year either so that contributed to the situation....I'm going every fucking week starting prolly in a month, can't wait

....where you fish at Misery?...what else you snag besides cod?....fishing = winwinwin(if you can't tell, I love fishing haha).

Fish the ocean for Lingcod , black bass, Perch , Salmon ect. I live near 7 rivers that dump into the pacific ,all have Salmon and Steelhead. Live one mile from a lake that connects to the ocean, and has cutt throat rainbows Coho and Steelhead.

The fish do rock. I have a pic somewhere of some talapia I fried up.
Only fish I've caught myself was flounder. That was ages ago and alot of fun.

Did you make it yourself? I can never get the rice right. I haven't found the right recipe for the rice to match the way the resturants do it.

was spicy ya, guy who made it is a big chilli man, he eats them raw lol. i didn't make it myself but it is home made, family friend (essentially my grandparents in closeness) who is a big big big curry man, they are exquisite. as for the rice, he does make his own and he does it very well, thin long grain white rice all fluffy and delicious but in this instance it was just some tilda microwave rice, which was rather nice considering. when we go over to his for a curry dinner he does prawn, chicken, lamb curries in varying spiciness, does the rice himself, home made naan breads, does the starter as well (home made poppadoms and pickles), and lassi, a sweet yoghurt mango drink that is perfect for cooling the spiciness, it is wonderful

this was two large pieces of steak, had to chop them into sections haha, was delicious.
