Lamb is the only kind of meat I don't like. I've had it prepared once by myself to my liking, as in.. somewhat edible, and had it another time when it was alright. But tbh I really don't like it.. ironically I like gamey tasting things though.

Duck, squirrel, dove, quail, pheasant, even pigeons... I don't even consider deer gamey although some people do, but deer is awesome as well.

I haven't had lamb much myself so I was kinda scared to cook it... It was pretty good, better than the picture shows. I love deer and I've been craving some duck with orange sauce. That's next up once I can find it.

This was lunch and supper cooking last Sunday.

had a few bites of "muskrat stew" last night. It was alright I guess, I think it was a nutria and not a muskrat though. Rats aren't my top choice for cuisine... Maybe it would help if I drank 2-3 5ths of liquor a day like the guy who prepared it I'd probably take lamb over it.. ehh maybe not.

This week it has been...

ribeye + porterhouse + taters (was a double steak night)
meatloaf + salad
chicken fajitas
vegetable lasagna (spinach, shrooms, squash, etc.)
pizza + salad

the lasagna provided decent leftovers throughout the week.. It was best 2 days after I made it probably(things loaded with cooked vegetables typically taste better after 24 hrs or so.. gives the ingredients time to marry)

There's a lot of meals that you can make in 30 minutes. Try looking them up online.

If you're really pressed for time, you could wake up earlier and do the prep work in the morning. It will save you a lot of time when cooking.

And there are some awesome meals that cook themselves. If you get yourself a crock-pot, you can put it on low heat for it to simmer for half the day and then come back home to some damn good stew.

Can stick a whole chicken in one,  and some carrots/potatoes with it and there is most of a a meal.

Fuck yeah it does. I line them bastards up side by side, plop a huge mound of chili on top of both them muthafuckas, sprinkle on some thick grated sharp cheddar cheese, and then hose it all down with some mustard and ketchup. Shits so enormous that you gotta eat it with a fork.
